CEL after E-MBC install

I installed a Joe E-MBC in my car and im getting CEL P1104 a wastegate malfunction thing whatever. The thing is that this started happening when i disconnected the wastegate solenoid. Aint you suppose to disconnect it after a installing a boost controller?

No ........... do not disconnect the stock wastegate silenoid thing with the two little nipples for two hoses...leave it pluged into its harness...... and then of course you can leave the nipples open to the air because not air is coming or going from it anymore. Clear the CEL and it will not come back again..TRUST ME !!!!!!!! Made the same mistake on my AVC-R install.
