Ok this is a super n00b question but since I cannot find the measurements anywhere I figured I would just throw myself into the line of fire.

I'm getting Headers & Exhaust where the piping is 2.5" but I cannot find a Cat for NT that is bigger then 2.25" in / out.

1) Will using a 2.25" resonated pipe vs a 2.5" resonated pipe make a big difference?

2) If so, can I use a Turbo 2.5" Resonated Pipe or will it not fit?

2.5 inch vehicle resonator, AR25, Exhaust Systems

Why dont you use adapters for the cat?
Or go straight pipe.

Yeah ended up going with option B (Pipe) the exhaust already had a couple resonators built into it. Thanks for the reply
