cat converter.

Is there a way that i can remove the cat converter and get one of them sttraight pips for my 95 tsi talon but still be able to put it back on for inspection and such without much hastle ?

depends on what you consider hassle. its pretty simple, you get a test pipe and keep your cat. and when you need to swap them up.

when you are removing the cat, i recomend using some sort of wd-40, liquid wrench, or panther piss. don't do it when the car has been running recently because it weakens the steal and can make the bolts snap easier. let what ever lubricant/rust eater you use sit and soak for a while, and apply it periodically.

have patients and be gentle(if possible) because those bolts are usually a bastard to get off and are easy to break, and you don't wanna do that.

well i was gicing it some thought and might just go with a new turbo back exhaust and forget the swap thingy. I was thinking about a Apex n1 i think its called. I hear alot about this exhaust with dsm's. I am looking for a deep purrrrrrrrr but not a rice sound
