CAS timing with dsmlink

We'll I finished up my 6bolt swap last night.

a) Can I just turn the CAS and look at the base timing on the dsmlink?

if so

b) What degree timing should I have it at for idle?

Just set it with a timing light. Set it to 5* BTDC.

Don't forget to ground the timing adjustment pin on the firewall, and disconnect any datalogger (or DSMLink) cable while setting the timing.

You'll need a timing gun. They're cheap... $20 tops, for a basic one, which is all you need.

And yeah, set it to five degrees BTDC.
