Just got a carbon ti for the price of an apexi n1. but i have a question, i heard that if i have a 3 inch downpipe, it wont bolt right to it? i ordered the 3 inch megan racing downpipe this week also, havent got either items yet. What modifications will be made to bolt these 2 pieces together. Thanks

A 3" DP will not bolt on to the HKS Carbon-Titanium catback. It is designed to bolt on to the stock cat and opnes up to 3" towards the muffler section.

It depends on what your goal is. For stock, T28, 16G, Big T28, Big 16G, Evo III 16G - you can get away with a 2.5" DP then connect it to your HKS catback.

If you insist on using 3" piping, for smaller turbos, you might want to consider a high-flow cat to avoid boost creep.

does anyone know of a good 2.5 inch downpipe for an AWD or will FWD downpipes fit also, all iv ever seen is 3 inch downpipes for my car. thanks
