Car Wont start

Ok the car was running but throughing a code 12 (MAF) So I swapped the MAF with another 90 MAF still same problem.....I swapped ecu's and rewired the SAFC2 perfectly soldered and heat shrinked and now the car won't even start. It doesnt seem to be kicking any codes but it just wont start. It is trying to turn over but won't.

well did you try the new ecu before hooking up the safc?

reverse the steps you followed to diagnose the problem
