car won't start in the morning/#1 injector shuts off?

well my car will not start in the morning. i have to leave the ignition key on or play with it for a minute before she fires up. i get no reading from my logger during this time also. It might not have anything to do with this but my radio won't pick up any radio stations for like half a minute on any station just static (stock radio). when i get her on she runs fine, except the fuel trims are at 100% across the board and i drove the car on a 150 mile trip last week. Logger shows spikes in volts to 16 and spikes in water temperature to 300+ degrees, as well as most other sensor reading get spikes out of range. I also had the #1 injector stops firing. i trouble shot this cause my car would loose power on the highway, and the logger would show mad knock. I limped home and did an injector check and #1 showed in wasn't firing (engine would still idle like crap when i turned it off). i let it idle and the injector came back on. did the test a few times and #1 would stay off sometimes.

what you guys think ECU? and i've been looking everywhere for the how to on Capacitor replacement. the VFAQ one isn't working and plymouthlaser.com doesn't have one. anyone have a link to the how-to that works. i read back to 2002 on the search feature but maybe i did a bad keyword search.
 
i did see that in my search but i was hoping to get a detailed pic of the contact points of the pcb board. i'm sure i can figure it out but double and triple checking with available pics is always better. I found the middle sized Cap leaked. nothing got fried but it did dirty everything up and might have caused a little intermitten arcs. i cleaned all that up just waiting for the caps.
