car wont start after motor swap

i have a 95 gsx i had crank walk happen 2 weeks ago and bought a jdm motor. installed it and all connectors are together, i bought a new crank angle sensor, the motor just cranks but wont start, it randomly back fires. the timing is correct its been checked and checked. i have fuel and spark. so now i think they jsut arent in sync. a couple ppl said it could be the cam angle sensor but would it throw a code if it didnt work. any help would great.

If you're 100% sure it's getting spark and fuel, compression test would be the next logical step. Good luck.
