I just finish installing a dual intake Walbro and when I try to start it up it just stutter and dies. The same things happens when go back to wiring one Walbro. I have no idea what's wrong, I know there is normal fuel pressure. Any ideas?

Are you getting 12V at both pumps? If you are getting proper fuel pressure at all times then it is going to be a problem with injector control. What do you have your dead time set at for the 1600cc injectors?

I setup up two relays one for each pump and both are getting 12V, but when I rewire it back to just one pump like it was before it still has the same problem. My deadtime for the 1600cc is 330.

And your global? For FIC 1600cc you should be at -72% global and 450usec deadtime. How do you know there is normal fuel pressure? Do you have a regulator and gauge?

Weird... it was working fine before at 330usec and -40% global, but I'll try changing that. I have a regulator and a gauge.

Check your relays to see if they continue to be activated after you stop cranking.

Okay, but that shouldn't happen. For the main relay of the first pump is setup like any normal Walbro rewire setup and the second relay is trigger by a vacuum switch.

Correct, it shouldn't happen which is why you need to check that is isn't happening.
If it is then there might be a problem with the ECU keeping the pump running or a problem with the MPI relay.

This is just in case it doesn't turn out to be a tuning problem.

You aren't on the E85 wagon are you? Otherwise the settings change. Definitely check the relay operation that Steve pointed out as well.

I am on e85 or the winter bend e70-75 right now. Thanks for the link, but how do I know what's the deadtime?

Gotcha, I'll check that.
