So lil quick background -1990 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD- Replaced Pass. Side Rear Caliper, Rotors, Pads, Replaced Alt., Replaced Batt. w/ Optima Red Top, IC Tested it as per VFAQ's, Installed MBC, Intake pipe w/ K&N, and Boost Gauge only mods.
First Problem - Keep in mind i've never been low or LOST any brake Fluid!!! Back Pass side caliper was bad so i replaced, ok no problem, Brakes were squishy and very hard to stop, so i Bled Brakes again and again, and again, still getting air in my brakes, I can bleed them with a 1 man bleeder and the brakes will feel PERFECT, but after a while or the car sits, brakes feel squishy again. So i bled them a last time and they ride ok but not great *(they stop), wasn't sure if this is a Master Cylinder Problem??- but then why aren't BOTH back brakes bad (i.e. Getting Air and not fluid) the Drivers side bleeds perfect, and soo does the Back Pass side sometimes but I bled it yestereday till no bubbles checked again today and more bubbles. The Master Cylinder only knows Front and Back right?, maybe a PROP. Valve problem?? But if the line was clogged i wouldnt' even get air right???
2nd problem or do these problems relate (Vacuum)?...
When i come to a stop, my car stalls, not all the time if I ease into the stop it's ok, if i am 30-40 mph and come to a red light quick, Car stalls, Second Test - I am driving at 30-40mph drop it into Neutral and Brake Car will die and stall out.
Vacuum Leak somewhere??? I pressurized system didn't SouND like any leaks..?any Suggestions anyone???
