I changed my valve cover and used the previous valve cover gasket. Removed spark plug wires to remove the vc. Hooked everything back up and it started sputtering. Checked, removed and re installed spark plug wires and then it ran normal. Today was driving then it started sputtering again while driving at 3k<. Pulled and checked wires again and started working good for a bit then started to sputter, not as bad but still sputtering. Are the spark plug wires going or some how a bad connection I'm not see?

It's possible the connectors broke when you pulled the wires off. Can you check the continuity/resistance of each wire with a multimeter?

Check your PCV system, make sure its routed like it's supposed to and that the new valve cover has a pcv valve and not a straight fitting that looks like a pcv valve.

If it is still sputtering, the easiest and best thing to do is to run a boost leak test.

PCV system is there and if no luck Ill go and grab some new spark plugs and wires.

Edit- Played with the spark plug wires a bit and seems to be running good, no sputtering. Keep yaw posted, thanks!
