Car shaking heavily in low rpm 1st gear and NO POWER in any gear! HELP!

Okay, so I got a new clutch replacement for my daily driver (97 gsx). In first gear, the whole car shakes until I get to around 1500-2000 rpm or so. When I shift around 3,500 to the next gear the car shakes (softer) again and power is building up SUPER slow! I haven't driven it on the interstate yet bc i'm kind of nervous and not sure what will happen. I got a new clutch put in (stage 1 XTD; DAILY DRIVER ONLY) and when I got car back from the transmission shop (Im a college student living far away from home so did not have a place to attempt changing the clutch myself) a vac on the intake was not on? I replaced it with another one already. still same problem. Any reason why the car would be doing this? I have my stock intercooler set up on right now with the stock bov so basically my car is 97% with just an exhaust and intake....What are the symptoms of flywheel problems?

Do a boost leak test, check for exhaust leaks and if your check engine light is on figure out what the codes are. Changing plugs never hurts either. 10 bucks for a set of ngks. Is the car all stock?

Yes, car is all stock other than downpipe and catback exhaust. There are no lights on either. I was going to do the spark plugs anyways so I will get some tomorrow. I have already built a boost leak tester as well and will try to do this tomorrow too. Before the car went to the shop the car didn't act like this tho.....would spark plugs do this all of a sudden? It's basically like I have no torque at all and top end climbs slowwwww
