My car shakes pretty bad when I go over 80mph... Its not during braking. So I would cancel out rotors. Alignment possibly? I just installed my FMIC and had to cut my front bumper to hell could that be it?

The best place to start eliminating possibilities starts here:

Check the condition of your tires(worn, uneven, improper PSI)
Get your tires balanced if you have not had it done in a while
Check your alignment(your mind is already on a good path according to your post)
Check your tie rod ends
Check the bolts/bushings for your anti-sway bar

I have seen these items to be the main contributors to the nasty shake
Hope this works out for ya...

Well said, check your ball joints too if the tire balancing and alignment doesn't work or wheel bearings (Thats if you have no other choice). Anotherthing can cause these problems are #-joints, driveshafts etc. I am just giving you the possibilities. I think it will go away once you get brand new tires with proper balancing and alignment. When replacing tires on the AWD, you have to replace them all with brand new tires.

Another overlooked thing is mud. I doubt it as we all try to stay away from it in our cars but hey its always a possibility, LOL. Mud inside the rim will though the balance off quickly.

This might seem pretty simple but check to make sure you tightened your lug nuts enough. Might as well knock out the most simple things first
