car shakes and vibrates. need help

I have a 97 rs (420a) 5 speed. It shakes and vibrates bad at around 65mph. I changed the outer tie rods. Still no help. With the car jacked up no abnormal movement from side to side or top to bottom. I also put another set of tires I have on the car to make sure no broken belt or out of balance. The car has gsx breaks on the front. Could it be bad rotors or bad hub assembly? Im lost on this and about to lose my mind with this car.

If the bearings were bad then you would more than likely hear a rumbling.

With the vibration and shaking do you mean that you have to correct the car with steering input or are you just saying theres shaking/vibration going through the car?....

The front of the car shakes. Steering wheel vibrates a lot its bad.

Bad alignment if you have already ruled out loose parts. Could also be caused by bad control arm bushings. Jack up your control arm and put a 4x4 near the wheel and use a long 2x4 under the wheel and pry to see if you get up and down movement and that will let you know if the ball joints are bad.

Ok so im thinking it might be a cv shaft. I graved the driver side and trued to shake it. No movement. The pass side had movement. Were the shaft goes into the trans. It moves. So could I replace the cv shaft or do I need an output seal swell?
