Car runs funny but does run

Ok guys my 2G is turboed and runs funny... I really need to get it tuned with a megasquirt. Sometimes when I go to start it I have to stomp the gas. Anyone know what this is or does it just need to be tuned? Oh yea and I found a wire that is unplugged... cant find where it needs to go.

Ill have to bouble check when i get home b/c i could be wrong but it looks like the adaptor for the sensor on the exhaust. Ill check for sure when i get home.
