Car runs and drives fine... then I go to start it again and loss of ALL electrical :(

I can drive my car and it gets 14v... the alternator is charging.... the battery is holding a charge.... Then I'll shut the car off and go to turn it back on and before I get a chance to turn it over I loose all electrical, after this happens, all of my fuses in the fuse box are receiving the batterys voltage. Inside the car, the ignition switch plug has none. The big white wire has .04v so something is getting though. Other then that I have no power no interior no headlights nothin.

Last time while driving my gauges went out and everything else worked fine. parked it and had full voltage getting to everything. Shut the car off and in ACC mode I had everything working. Then I tried starting it and my interior goes pitch black, went out again.

What is between the fuse box and the ign switch that would completely cut power to everything that easy? I have never had a dead ECU, but can anyone say this might be it?

Does it happen every single time you shut the car off, or only every now and then at random?

here i pulled this off my alldata for you. its a diagram from the ignition switch to the ecu. if you need any more diarams just let me know.

Check all connections to the alternator,starter, battery terminal, make sure they are all tight, then go over every wire you have tapped into a power source ie:aftermarket gauges,radio,turbo timer. Make sure there are no exposed power wires that might be grounding out on a metal surface.

no shorts... no loose wires... I have 12.83 volts coming from the battery and 12.82 volts at the alternator with the car in this condition. After screwing around with all related battery and fuse box connections and get the car up and running the electrical system is flawless. I can drive around town fine then I shut it off come back to the car and again it feels like I blow every fuse under the hood before I can start it. Then the process starts over again.

I know a great electrical place where I live and I'm going to see if I could get it there and show him the problem up close to see if he can do a quick fix. Those diagrams helps me visualize how the power should be getting to the car. Looking at those I don't think that it could be the ECU it looks like the power leaves the battery goes the the fuse box and then spreads to the coil and transistor ect. I think it has to be a problem after the fuse box. I should have an definitive answer for this problem by Monday either way and I'll definelty post it for anyone having a similar problem.
