Car is studdering during 2nd 3rd 4th 5th gear

i installed an safc and 550cc injectors in my 2g talon a month ago. I had been playing around with the SAFC settings (my friend used his pocketlogger to get a basic tune on it), and lately I have noticed that when I get on it all the way through the gear... it will pull hard then stutter on and off through 3k and 7k. i was wondering if i am running to rich / lean, maybe the plugs are bad, or what the problem can be. I KNOW I NEED A LOGGER!! but can anyone give me some advice which way i should go (richer or leaner), or if the problem lies in the plugs. Here are my SAFC Hi Throttle settings:

1k -17
2k -17
3k -15
4k -13
4.5k -11
5k -9
6k -8
7k -3

I have also removed all 4 honeycombs in the MAS and backed the screw out a bit.

Any help is greatly appreciated to get me running well until I can afford a logger.

hmm... I would say get a new mas. and dont tamper with it... but thats just my opinion.

the problem was my plugs. replaced them and there were no problems. they were fouled.
