Probably the wrong area but yesterday I installed a vacuum block, and had to move a ground. Fired the car up like normal, went inside for a second came back out the car was loading with fuel, wideband was reading 10.3. I realized the ground I moved was left loose. Tightened it down and it's still doing it. Won't even really run at this point. Just looking for idea of what I could have possibly burned out in the process. I'm assuming it's electrical because at one point my wipers flipped on for a second . I'm at total loss for what it could be

Make sure wherever you put the new ground it is on bare metal, if you put the ground on a painted surface it will not make contact. If you did you can just scratch the paint away where the ground would contact and try.

the injectors get power from the MFI relay and are activated by the ECU grounding the injector circuit. i would try reloading your tune first. if that doesn't fix it, unplug the big plug on the ecu and on the harness side, check that there is NOT continuity to ground on these 4 pins:
-PIN1 (green)
-PIN2 (green/yellow)
-PIN14 (yellow/black)
-PIN15 (green/red)

if any of them do have continuity to ground (shorted to ground), the injector will be stuck open when ever the ignition switch is on.
if not, the problem is gonna be the ECU

are you sure the car was actually flooding or are you going by your A/Fs? if you are going by the A/F, have you tried recalibrating your wideband?

Sure looks like it's the worst case scenario, ecu must have a problem, plugged in my old factory ecu and it starts and idles. Obviously not well with sd, but does run.

No stuck injectors. Just tested, is there a way of testing that in the ecu?
i think ecmlink has an option to disable each injector individually. you can probably just disable 3 at a time and then crank the car over while checking the pulse width and duty cycle of the injector.

i forgot to post up the injector circuit earlier so here it is.

I don't have any answers but I did send the ecu to ecmtuning, and the map sensor in for warranty, also the wideband that burned is able to get warrantied. So if there's a silver lining Dsm link, innovate, and omni have awesome customer service. I told both omni, and innovate exactly what happens and they offered to replace that parts without blaming me for the short, and Tom from ecmtuning was extremely helpful!
