car in serious need of experience

ok guys I hope someone can help me with this.. i just aquired a 91 GSX in a bartering deal... list of mods as far as i know... 2.3 stroker, balancer shaft removed, eagle rods, weisco pistons, rebuilt-port/polished head, precision auto works turbo.. have reciept on turbo but not sure on specifics right now, 4.3 MAF conversion with the controller or what ever it is, dsm tuner, front mount intercooler, 880 injectors, fuel pump, 6 puck clutch, few others i'm sure i am forgetting.... but however it has gone through 3 hands locally, everythings up in the air... right now it starts, runs completley rich, kinda idles but its loaded up bad, and when u get driving it def boost, right around 30, pulls very, very hard... what im looking for is if there is someone with knowledge on these cars somewhat local to Michigan City, IN, i have no problem paying someone to come check it out... if not i'm just going to sell it as is... thanks Devin.
