car has had low voltage forever, still cant find it, any help?

just searched for a bit and cant find anyhting, why is my cars voltage under 12 when the car isnt running, and when i start it it drops to almost 11

i cant find anything to figure this out and i cant keep draining batteries, ive checked every connection i can think of and cant find any exposed wires anywhere, anyone have any tips? i need to get this fixed today!!!

i would check your alternator. when was it last replaced?

im more concerned with it being low when the car is NOT running. its not even at 12v!

im 90% sure there is a voltage leak somewhere just dont know how to find it, but i have no doubt the alternator is bad.

Where are you measuring it and have you used more than one meter?
