car has an attitude problem

I have an annoying problem (don't we all with dsm's )

When i make a hard left (like a pretty fast u-turn) or a sudden left turn, my car seems to jerk hard. It feels like it hit a brick wall and wants to turn off. The radio turns off then back on.

The only "electrical mods" on my car, are a boost gauge and an air/fuel gauge.

I also have the following bolt-ons.

HKS BOV
megan downpipe (no cat)
3in. catback exhaust
K & N filter.

Remember this only happens when I make left turns. Not right ones. Any thoughts??

Park the car, turn on the radio and do the wire wiggle. I would think a loose ground up near the battery might be guilty. Crankwalk?

hmmm....i don't wanna jump on the whole crankwalk bandwagon..but here's a question.

Does a car hesistating or feeling like its hitting a brick wall have anything to do with CW??

The clutch doesn't stick to the floor at all...so i'm not worried about the CW.

When i'm taking the left turn i'm not touching the clutch cause i'm usually in 2nd gear and don't need to shift yet.

I'll look into the battery wires and see if they're loose or what not. j

your battery is securely in place right?

thats what i was thinking, it might be shifting over an inch and contacting something under the hood.

Tie down that battery, and get the vinyl cover for the positive terminal. While you still can.

like they said battery term is grounding out.....had it happen a couple times on my strut bar
