Car feels like it's jerking

Ok Guy This Is The Second Time Im Asking This Topic , When Im Driving For The 1st Hr It Fine Then After A Hr It Feel Funny. I Put It Back On Neutral And I Stick It Back On 4th I Was Going Say 55 Mph And When I Step On The Gas It Still Goes But When It Starts Spoolin It Feels Like The Car Not Going Anywhere ,when I Step On It Harder It Jerks And Jerks , 5 Sec Later It Just Pulls Hard. Any Answers To This Will Be Great. I Never Did A Tune Up , Imma Change Clutch This Friday So I Dont Know What Else Might I Need To Change. Mod I Have Is A Safc2 ,exhuast And Filter.

I Never Did A Tune Up.

I'd start here. New NGK BPR6ES plugs gapped to 0.028", new wires, new PCV, run some seafoam through before changing the plugs and wires. Check/Set the base timing and base idle speed. Boost leak test is always a good idea then your servicing the car.
