prince george,
Car runs fine till it get the engine gets hot. It then dies and when you start it the engine will not rev up past 2000 rpm then it seems to starve for fuel. i have replaced the fuel filter and checked the fuel pressure and they are ok. when the engine is cool it is fine again. what might the problem be. i have a 92 mitsubishi eclipse non turbo 1.8 litre.

*This is speaking on my own personal experience*

I had roughly the same problem you did. The car would start and run (at least) when the engine was cool but when it got up to normal operating temperature it would sputter and die, unless the throttle was open. I'm still new to DSMs so I dont have a huge amount of knowledge I can give you but what my problem was is I had a bad ISC. I went to the junkyard and picked one up for about 5 bucks then slapped it in my car. Seems to be ok now. Runs when it's hot now. Hope this can help you out in any way :thumb:
