So I’ve been chasing boost leaks for a while and I believe I’ve fixed them all. Car spools faster and car drives better since I fixed the leaks, however when I get on it the car just won’t go pass 20psi. When I set boost solenoid to wastegate pressure it seems to be lower then what it normally should be. I checked the BOV and the diaphragm looked okay. I saw a lil tear on the rubber but it’s not going through. Looks like there’s some time of mesh material embedded within the rubber diaphragm. Not sure what to do

the stock t25 turbo can not make more than 19psi. its just a small turbo
His profile indicates HX40 with external WG.

What pressure have you tested the intake up to with a boost leak test? Please provide a picture of your engine compartment, so we can look at your hose routing.

The boost leak test was done from the turbo, I had the psi go up to 30. My wastegate pressure should be about 17psi or 18. Gauge shows about 15 now @ wastegate pressure . At 80% duty cycle I maybe make 22psi.
