cant remove rear bumper can anyone help?

i own a 2g(98) and im trying to remove my rear bumper to put on my aftermarket bumper. but i cant get the bumper off. this is my first time taking the rear bumper off and i was wondering if anyone that has done it befor can tell me how to get it off. im posting this because i cant find help in none of the forums on this site.
