cant get logs off palm , help please

logged the log and saved it , called it pull1. I am in Palm"N"Stein and looking at the file right now. I sycn the palm to computer and it does that little sound and i am gussing it syncs. I go into c:\palmone\tony\backup and there is no pull1. I do a computer search for the pdb files nothing ! Why is it not moving from palm to Pc ?

i did this step by step and ven downloaded JAVA again , this thing is not putting them on my PC. I went into Palm N Stein and there are two logs there and i cant get them

i also tried reinstall the palm software. I dont have the CD i downloaded it from palmone. This is VERY frustrating.

Palm isn't on the cradle flush? Cable to the back of the computer isn't in completely? Are you succesfully hotsyncing?

yeah ti sync fine , back up all my info and settings fine
