So i picked up a punishment racing upper intercooler pipe worked great for two weeks. Then all of a sudden it started whistling like a kazoo and leaking boost. This morning I made a boost leak tester and found out i'm leakin between the BOV and flange. I took the bov off and noticed the flage was a little bent, so a straightened it out and then put it back on but sprayed the gasket down with some copper sealer. Put it back together and now i can only hit 6 psi instead of 16 its driving me nuts. Is there another way to seal this thing like a thicker gasket or some kind of sealent that will hold under boost??

Try some red rtv in conjunction with the gasket (i've had great success with this.) A good rule of thumb is you should only use the copper spray on metal gaskets such as head gaskets/exhaust manifold/exhaust manifold-to-turbo gaskets.
