cant find info or part on hardline on the steering rack

I pulled my steering rack because I had a leak on the metal line that runs from the driver side to the passenger side I checked it couldn't find a crack or anything so I replaced the o-ring tightened it down bled it ect took it for a drive and bam leaking still angry and saying I wasn't pulling it ten times I ordered a rebuilt one that had the metal lines on it wait two weeks for it to show up pull the rack again compare the two and notice They kept the one line I needed off so I still cant install it called the company he said they would send one but im going to be waiting weeks again so I try to locate a how to properly install these lines cant find a thing I try to see if I can order the line somewhere so i can over night it and cant find any.. could anyone help me find some or tell me if there is a certain procedure I missed on this dang thing..

so you dont think ill be able to find the lines i need without buying the whole steering rack again?

They're discontinued. I ran into the same issue with a leaky line a little while ago.

Contact Stangmurdera on here - he'll have what you need. I got a set from him and they looked great. Put on new o-rings (non-OEM as they aren't available) and hoping it won't leak when I finally get it back up and running.

Any certain kind of o-ring i put on it or just match the size of the old one with a new rubber one and when i put the line on i just stick the ring on push it in and tighten it down. sorry for the lame questions i just really dont want to have to pull it all again.

Just match the size of the factory one.

The part number for McMaster for the ones I used is 2857T115. Keep in mind I have no testing behind these to see if they work properly.

Anyone with this issues replace the line change the o-rings and poof dont mess with it again just do it right the first time thats what I learned...
