cant find a part

howdy, im rather new to this site and i can only hope that i'm posting this in the right spot, if not, i'll know for next time. at any rate, i am having the damnedest time finding a sun roof motor for my 1995 talon tsi. i can find the switches for it all day long but the actual motor itself seems impossible to find. i've contacted some local dealers but they want like $225 bucks for the damn thing and thats rediculous. do yall have any websites maybe where i can find one at? or maybe someone happens to be parting out they're car? ive tried ebay and most of the part places that pop up on google with no luck. let me know, thank you much.

Have you contacted any junk yards? Thats the direction I would look, especially a you pull it for lowest price.

well thats another thing i've tried the salvage yards here in san antonio and there's nothing. theres lots of manual sunroof levers for 1g dsms but the few 2gs i found didn't have sun roofs. bid on this talon/eclipse sun roof motor on ebay that i found finally but when it got here its not the same one for my car. the add said it came from a 97 eclipse so in theory it should fit my car but maybe eclipse sun roof motors are different than talons? i a buddy of mine bought a motor from a guy in a dsm forum for his talon and it was the same motor i got so thats why i wonder if eclipse sunroof motors and talons are different. the manufacturer of the motor i won was entsoert as was the one that my buddy bought. any insight would be appreciated. thank you much.
