Cant figure out miss.

Car is a '91 AWD A/T with 56k on it. I bought it with a bad motor so I replaced it with a running 6 bolt I had with about 1800 miles since rebuild. Everything went together well but I have a miss that I cant pinpoint. Keep in mind when I did the swap every gasket/o-ring/seal was replaced. BS's are removed from the motor, all timing was redone, as well as removing all emissions. Basically, I have a pretty basic setup to rule certain things out.

So far Ive tried...
Coil pack
Plugs/wires
Power transister
CAS
Removed downpipe (check for clogged cat)
ECU
Unplugged each injector one at a time, car stumbled from each(ruling out bad injector?)

I have not tried a compression test yet. When doing a vacuum test we are getting a steady 6-9 inHg(should be 17-22). The only other thing I can add is that when the idle drops very low(~500rpm) I get an intermitten CEL light for the TPS. It only stays for a second and never stays in the ECU databank. Ive also added new gas to it(93oct) and some injector cleaner and let the car idle for a good 1/2 hour or so hoping to get some bad gas out of it(car sat for nearly a year).

hey man, i know this is old, but did you ever figure out the issue? i am having some thing very similar. checked all of the above, volt meter checks, timing light on each wire. different wires, plugs power transistor, coils, new o2 , next step is scoping everything.
