I recently replaced both my torn motor mounts with a prothane kit, and replaced the old knock sensor with a new oem unit. However, I am still reading random 43 counts of knock even at partial throttle. The only other idea I have is that it could be my lifters, however they never seemed to give me a problem before, and the car did not have phantom knock for a good while. I am stumped.

Have you tried high octane gas to verify that it's not real? That's cheaper than replacing lifters for a quick sanity check. I've seen a couple of cars that didn't have much audible noise from the lifters, however, when the lifters were replaced, the random knock went away.

Agreed. 43 counts at part throttle is PK. In addition to obtaining the logger results, it would be advisable to re-check the torque on the knock sensor. Correct specs call for 17 lb/ft. If you don't have a socket that will work, hand tighten it then add 1/4 turn. You should check your wiring as well and make sure that nothing is twisted or chewed up.

I'd also pull the ECU and check for a rotten egg smell which would indicate leaking caps.
