cant build more than 12 lbs?

Hey guys what's up? Ok here's my problem, I can't seem to build anymore boost than 12 psi and I can't figure out why? Everything seems to be fine, its all hooked up right, my mbc has all new vac lines and same with my gauge, I'm kind of stumped, all I want is to run 16 lbs but I can't, any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

I would say you have a boost leak.

That's what I thought was possible, even though it feels like its running way to good to have one but I checked it out anyway and it seems fine

Is this normal to have on a mbc? I have a little pin hole in the one nipple on the mbc itself, its a slow boy racing mbc...

Is there any other way to hook up a mbc other than j-pipe to wastegate?
