Hey everyone so I have a 2ga talon awd and I'm always scared that if I hit the ditch there are no tow hooks so what can handle the force of tugging by a truck? Or where could a guy mount tow hooks, thanks

It depends on how bad its stuck, you would need to mount them to the engine cradle in the front and in the rear I would find a way to mount them to the rear axle somehow, anything else really is not strong enough.

Good winter tires and you will never need a tow truck :D

In all seriousness though I think there are specific factory tow locations. The only one I have used is the front to trailer my car and its the main support beam directly in the middle of the car it has a hole that is perfect size for a tow hook, but taking off the front bumper to do this is highly recommended especially if youre pulling out of a ditch. The rear doesn't have an ideal tow location so if you wanted to buy a tow hook I would put one in the rear. Most I have seen are attached to the rear bumper support beam, which yes means you have to cut a hole in your bumper

without rear tow hook I would probably connect to somewhere around the rear sway bar (not the bar itself)

Hope this helps
