heylo, just wondering about sucess and failure stories of ordering parts for canada, i realised the hard way that some wont ship to canada. has anyone found great vendors that dont mind shipping to the north? east coast preferred if possible

Have you tried calling up a few?

I'd try Street Tuned Motorsports, ExtremePsi, MAPerformance, and Slowboy Racing as a start, since they're pretty popular. From there, you might want to start searching the vendors section for other possibilities.

i have always ordered from slow boy or extreme psi and never had any problems even some shit off ebay the only problem i have ever had was a few ebay shit you had to contact the seller and change his shipping info

and im up in edmonton myself, but since your so close try ordering from magnus they are just up by toronto maybe save your self some shipping

sucess from MAPerformance and MachV, watch out for "brokerage fees" aka "just for the hell of it tax", when shipping from the states via UPS or Fedex

Have you tried RTM Racing ? He's from Hamilton and he deals with some of the bigger DSM vendors and also seems to be a major supplier to GTA/Ontario. I've made a few purchases through him and thought that he was reasonable. Check out the DSM Canada Forum, He's all over there. Are you far from the border? Is a parcel service out of the question? It might be worth it to make a day trip down to pick up parcels.

im always ordering parts from usa cause all great shops and specialized ones are located in this country. Just be careful about the shipment method cause UPS have always a ridiculous amount of brokerage fees. I prefer USPS wich is lot more acceptable regarding brokerage.
