Can you put 1gb sideskirts on a 1ga?

I'm getting a 1ga and i want to know if you can put the 1gb sideskirts on? They look like the will fit. I'm wondering if anyone has done it before. The 1ga has the gray sideskirts and I want to put some black ones on off my 93 tsi.

sure you can do anything you put your mind to. The cars are the same length so it cant be that hard
