Can you misfire from a blown turbo?

So I noticed recently there has been oil in my intake. The turbo has slight in/out play. Since then, I have been getting misfires in cylinder 2. Could this be the culprit? I changed the plugs, and swapped wires to see if it would jump to different cylinders but it would stay at cylinder 2. Later, it was saying random/multiple misfires even after I cleared the previous code. I tested the injectors with Evoscan and they are all firing. But injector 2 doesn't have as big an impact on the idle when I turn it off. What does this sound like to you guys?
