420A can you figure this out

alright my car has a fresh rebuilt motor only 380 miles on it all new sensors. sometimes when i start my motor it has a low vaccum but after it starts to warm up everything is fine also after about 20 mins of driving mainly on the freeway my car starts to cut out the rpms drop 300 or 500. any ideas on what could be causing this??

Mine was doin this recently but not as bad. As a shot in the dark check your fuel pressure.

yeah i ordered some diagnostic software so i can hook up my laptop to my car to check every thing out just waiting for it to come in the mail.

elm327 v1.5. i also have another software on my computer that i downloaded from a dsm link ecu flash but i dont have a usb cable yet sholuld be here any day now though
