hey i think my biss screw needs adjusting, i have to keep the car rev'd aroung 1k to keep it running. I just got my pocketlogger and was wondering if i could use it to hold the IAC. If so can someone tell me how to do this. Thanks.

No, pocketlogger cannot be used to adjust the biss screw. It is strictly a logging tool. I would pressure test your intake system for vacuum leaks and get a new biss o-ring. Then just adjust the biss by hand.

As far as I know the pocketlogger for a 2G would lock the ISC like a MUT would (or grounding the timing check and diag pin on a 1G) but you could try adjusting the BISS untill you get the right step count on the ISC. You note that while the ECU is tring to maintain the idle speed and you turn the BISS the ISC will step in and out until you go out of range and the idle speed changes.

I don't know the correct number off the top of my head but try 20 steps and see how the car runs.
