Can the ECU harness be removed seperately?

My current ECU harness is wrecked due to a negligent previous owner using ghetto techniques to install an SAFC. I believe this is giving me a ton of drivability issues. I notice that behind the radio there are 4 large wire harness connectors, and was wondering if perhaps one of them was for the ECU harness alone. I'd really like to pinpoint that one and remove it alone, rather than the entire harness. Anyone know if this is possible. All help is greatly appreciated.

The connectors behind the radio are for the Dash wiring harness. The ECU is located right behind that, however the connectors are vertical and facing the driver's side. You can remove the panel that goes below the dash/center console and you should see the ECU and connectors. I believe they are yellow if i remember correctly. You can disconnect those connectors then remove the entire harness from the inside through the firewall.

Can anyone confirm or elaborate more on this? My ECU harness was also hacked by the previous owner via a SAFC install and I would much rather just replace the ECU harness but Im not sure if there's a disconnect under the dash.

The ECU harness runs from the ECU to a few connectors under the dash (most near the interior fuse box) and then a couple behind the radio, and then the rest run out to the engine bay.

Here's a picture of a stock 2g ECU harness. You can see the 4 yellow ECU plugs on the left, the couple that run behind the radio right above them (blue and white), and then the ones that run near the fuse box above them (long wires in top left corner). Then there's a ground on the interior behind the ECU and the rest run through the firewall.
