title says it can the balance shaft elim kit be done in the car or does the motor need to come out? sean ivey told me for my timing belt and balance shaft kit over 25 hundo and turbotrix said 700 and im waiting to hear back from dogbox to see if they will do it or not.. my budget is low if there is anyone out there that know what they are doing and wants to make some loot hit me up

Yes it can. It's kind of hard, but it's possible, but it can be done.

IT can be done but i just pulled my engine out to do the timing, and remove the shafts, its a pain in the but it isnt impossible.

If you do it in-car this time you will realize it's much easier to do out of the car on an engine stand if you have to do another car/engine.

Yea technically it's possible if you want to leave the front shaft in place. But seriously it's hard enough pounding the bearings in/out even with the block on a stand. I couldn't imaging trying to do it with the engine in the car.

I did mine with engine still in the car. It wasn't as had as I thought it would be. And I've heard it's easier with a 1g. I almost left the front shaft in, but it ended up comming out fairly easy.

I removed mine with the engine in the car. I remember removing at least the front and both side mounts and the front crossmember. The engine tilted and rotated forward enough to get the front shaft out and rotate the bearings. I used an engine hoist, though.
