hey, just bought a brand new rebuilt motor from this company overbore.com. when i ordered it i asked to have the balance shafts removed. i need someone to tell me whether that was a bad idea or not. first off let me say that the motor was put in yesterday, k, well according to the service manager at mitsubishi, there is a plug that was leaking (the plug was there due to the elim. kit) and the plug fell out into the motor. luckily for me it was shut off before anything catastrophic happened. today the bottom end was taken apart to see what parts they would need to replace. now my question is, due to the balance shafts being removed am i going to have to worry about pieces fallling apart now? i mean, the internals of the motor (as long as their stock) are warrantied by the company for two years. i just want to know what i'm going to deal with here. i know about the balance shaft elim. kit, i did my homework a little on that, i just wanna make sure my engine isn't going to fall apart on me like what happened yesterday with the plug. any advice would be awesome cuz i am stumped as to what to think or do right now

. the engine has a mitsubishi gasket set in it, one thing to consider if your cat converter is plugged it will create too much back pressure and seals will leak. beyond my control, and the dealer called me at the end of the day and said nicest running engine from a rebuilder we have ever seen along with the workmanship and detail except for the plug.
