Cam question

So I'm pulling the motor apart on my parts car, and I look at the cam. It has a marking on it closest to the gear itself that says "C" on it. I will post a picture below. Just wondering if this was a stock cam or some other kind of cam. I don't have a micrometer so I can't take measurements. If it comes down to it I suppose I will just head to sears and buy one to see. Let me know what you guys think!

It is a stock cam. All turbo dsm's came with cam labled a, b, or c. Aftermarket cams are usually identified with an engraved grind #, not a cast letter.

And Thanks again! I almost sold some cams I have as HKS cams because that is what I was told when I recieved them. They are stockers, no bad selling for me.
