Hey, as some of you may know by now, I've made a post about my car not starting, I'm getting fuel, spark. What I think the problem may be is the valves, because the car just started making this horrible knock at idle before any of this happened so... I was wondering if by these pics. you could tell me if everything looks ok before I pull the head.

have you made sure that your camshaft sprockets line up in concordance with the crankshaft timing mark? ticking noise could be a valve hitting a piston as the engine turns....

Everything Appears in order, but i cant really tell too much from the pics. Check this thread out, its what happened to me, and the first picture in there is camshaft damage. I dont see any of that in your pics but check to be sure. But there is so much more to check that you cant tell with it on and still assembled though. I hope this helps. Lemme know if you want any component pics, I got that thing completely ripped apart, and Im about to stop on the block :sosad: Im scared of what Im gonna find.
