Is there any place that sells solid lifters for degreeing cams? Or does anyone have a writeup on how to disassemble our lifters and shim them?

just get a rod that has a bit smaller diamter than the lifter bore, stick it ontop of the lifter, set your dial indicator, and then degree your cam.
