Calling All Neo Users. Need Feedback On If This Happend To You.

I just got off the phone with APEX and I think I figured out an issue with the NEO that they did not know about. On mine when I select the Karman sensor it does not give me the function for the DEC AIR. This function is supposed to be available to us for the reason of venting. So I was curious, anyone who has a APEX NEO, can you look in your settings menu and see if you have the DEC AIR option on yours for me so I can call him back and give him input on it. He also said that the accuracy of the output for the ECU is off(a lot of extra noise signal) for the Karman setup. He said that Japan is currently working on a fix for this. So for all please we need your input to get this right. Thanks and I look forward to your feedback.

Dec Air hasn't been available in the earlier versions of the SAFC for Karmen metering. I would have been surprised if they added it.

I was actually told that they are trying to correct the problem with stalls. I understand that they did not have it on the earlier versions but he said that this is directed to the DSM tuners that want to vent. So im just going by what the guy at APEXi told me. sorry and dont hate on me just need to see if anyone else has this option in there settings.

Yes I recently read that they were waiting for some software from Japan and now they're not getting it so now they are giving refunds to whoever has the original receipt.http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/304105-apexi-neo-important-info.html So for the people like me who bought their neo second hand are out of luck.

I heard they are not compatible with karman type sensors. So they are taking them back.

edit: and no mine did not have another screen after selecting the karman type sensor. My version was like 1.020

the guy told me to call back on monday but williampaul said he called apexi too and they said they are still working on a fix...but the guy i talked to said that they never got a fix from japan and that starting monday (8/11) they were going to give refunds to people trying to use the neo in a car with a karman type sensor. If they won't take it back from me cause i dont have a receipt or purchase info then im just going to sell it on ebay. someone with a honduh will buy it cause it has vtec control. then i can save get an eprom, a thinkbrick laptop, and dsmlink
