For SD, you need a GM IAT sensor, a MAP sensor (I recommend GM 3 bar), and a wideband o2 sensor to tune.

You'll also need a bung welded into you IC piping near the throttle body elbow for the IAT sensor.

Setting it up isn't too bad. I had my car driveable within an hour. From there, I took a buddy with me and we slowly started to tune the boost portions of the maps.

I have a aem uego, i can most likely hook that up to evoscan too,

from there I need a iat sensor and a gm map 3bar sensor

where is a good deal for the map sensor?

I'm building my car and from there towing it to a dyno to break it in and get it tuned, could they tune my speed density for me, I'm a newb with ecuflash and evoscan

so basically, after i buy this intake pipe I can't go back, so I wanna make sure this will be easy and doable for me tuning wise, idle, and performance.

Tuning is easy. Like I said, it took me less than an hour to get a runnable tune. From there my buddy jumped in the car with me and we drove around and took another 2 hours to lean it out up top.

Tuning went like this for me:
-Start car still using the MAS to get it up to operating temp. This makes your life a bit easier since you aren't going to need to deal with the warmup fuel tables yet.
-Flash car with SD rom.
-Start car and watch the fuel trims.
-Shut car off, adjust, reflash, start car, repeat as necessary for idle.
-Once you get idle figured out, rev it in neutral to the next rpm point and hold. Watch the fuel trims.
-Shut car off, adjust, reflash, start car, repeat as necessary for that rpm point.
-Repeat going up to about 4k.
-Now take it for a test drive, no boost yet. Log your fuel trims, wbo2, rpm, MAP pressure, and load.
-Adjust as necessary.
-Now start boosting a little while watching your wbo2. Stop if it goes too lean.
-Adjust as necessary.

That's about all I did. I've been tweaking it here and there, along with some of the tables for throttle tip in and cold starts. But other than that, it was pretty easy.

I snagged my MAP sensor really cheap lightly used off eBay. There's no holy grail of cheap MAP sensors. The GM 3 bar MAP is as affordable as you'll get.
