whenever i get on the boost blue smoke comes out of the exuast i know its burning oil i checked the piston rings for blow by and a compression test it tests fine i believe its the turbo is their any way of fixing this?

Please update your vehicle profile as it still says you are N/T.

Can check the turbo by measuring the "freeplay" in the turbo shaft. If it is excessive, likely needs to be rebuilt.

If it has been smoking on a relatively new turbo it is possible that the oil return has a restriction and/or the oil feed is supplying to much oil (high pressure, large diam feedline).

^^^^^ on the money

Lets start with the basics first.
find out if it's the turbo or not.
Pull your intake pipe and check for oil. If there is a bunch of oil in there, you could have excessive blow by being pushed from the valve cover breather, through the breather hose and into the intake. If none, next step.
Pull the IC pipe and check for oil. If you have excessive oil in there but none in the intake pipe, you know it's the compressor side of the turbo.
You can also check the exhaust side but it's a little harder.

Now like DSM90AWD said, update your profile so we can better assist you.
By the way, good compression doesn't mean you don't have blow by or excessive crank case pressure.
It also doesn't nessessarily mean that all oil control rings are good either.

If it is the turbo, then a rebuild is in order

where do u get a rebuild kit from and how much they run.becuz i was thinking of going with a small 16g but if i can rebuild it i will have no problem with that either becuz the money is starting to run dry once again
