what are the black thing on the front bumper???? and whats the purpose???

Mainly for use on the drag strip to help aerodynamics. It cuts the air better instead of letting the Fog light bezzels and wheel wells behind it catch the air coming through the front bumper.

Typically a plastic or thin metal like these guys posted^^ Ideally i don't see the need or appeal of having them if you are on the streets.. track only kind of stuff. It's like running for light covers on a 2gb bumper if you either A) dont want fogs' or B) reduce air flow through the car and are trying to deflect it away from things that creat drag.
