Hey all,
finally installed the FMIC from ssautochrome on my 96 eclipse. The bumper obviously won't go all the way back as everyone says. But there is no way in hell that i can keep that bumper on that loose. What sort of cutting or fabricating do i need to do to get some of the integrity of that bumper back so i don't have that car fold up like a match box in an accident or collision.

Thanks so much

can you supply pics??? of the front without the bumper. the back of the bumper and where your bumper hits you IC??? i might be able to help from here.

Cut the bumper up. Its not like it does anythign anyways. Just a barrier for little taps, like at 5mph. Other then that its not going to save you when you crash into a wall at 70mph LOL.
