Every time my car hits arround 3500 rpm's it starts to buck and sputter, I have changed the coil pack, Power transistor, Cam angle sensor, and put in new plugs and wires. I have also checked for boost leaks, and base lined my timing. I have a key-diver chip that is set for a gm maft, But I am currently running a stock 1g air flow sensor, could that have somethingg to do wit the problem?

put the stock eprom chip back in until you either get the chip re-burned or get the right maf setup.

I can confirm that it is the chip mine did the same thing around 4k. I think my knock for boost gauge would start going up. Did you buy the chip used ?
